Summer is here and what better time to make popsicles for your kids? Popsicles are a fun and easy way to get all the healthy nutrients into your kids’ bellies that will surely satisfy your little one’s taste buds.

Forget store-bought popsicles like Otter Pops. I’m talking about all-natural ingredients with all the yummy goodness. No dyes, no artificial sweeteners and additives, and that’s not even the best part! You actually get to create your own flavors depending on what is readily available in your home or garden. You can also add in some baby spinach because we always want to sneak in more greens into our kids’ diets, don’t we? 🙂

I own a conventional Popsicle maker that you have to stick the whole unit into the fridge but recently, I found these awesome BPA-free silicone popsicle molds on Amazon which make the process so much easier.

The CONVENIENCE KEY to this is in the silicone Popsicle molds. You’ll be more likely to consistently make these healthy pops a summer habit if it’s really easy. Popsicle molds are messy and annoying and sometimes hard to clean. This kind isn’t messy, they don’t drip, you don’t have to pre-freeze the Popsicle maker unit, and you can throw them in the dishwasher when you’re done. Add them to your Amazon cart now so you don’t forget later!

We love these pops! You can make them different every time and you won’t mind you kid eating 2 or 3 pops because you know that it’s healthy for them.
