No, it doesn’t have to be a Blendtec, although that’s the one I recommend above all others. Any somewhat powerful blender will do, you just might spend an extra 2-3 minutes a day… not so bad, right?

A wonderful challenge McKenna. My daughters and I have started something this month – getting back into exercise. We’re starting off slow – 20 minutes minimum per day and working our way up.
I’ll sign up as I’m sure they may like to try out some of your healthy smoothies.
