Ingredients
3 really ripe bananas, frozen (not black, but pretty spotty)
3/4 cup cold water
4 ice cubes
1 1/2 Tbsp tahini (sesame seed butter)
1 tsp pure vanilla
1/4 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Directions
Add all but cinnamon to the blender. If you have a Blendtec or Vitamix blender, use the ice cream setting. With any other blender, blend until smooth. Let ice cream sit for 5-7 minutes for flavors to blend. Devour.
