This pina colada smoothie recipe takes me away to some pretty fabulous memories on a particular beach in the Caribbean when I finally (after 2 days already on vacation) felt the stress from my everyday life literally melt away from me in a matter of seconds. Except this one is A LOT more healthy than the one I had that wonderful day in the sun! You’ll love the taste, and won’t be able to taste those greens! But I encourage you, as you get used to adding greens to your smoothies, to slowly increase the amount of greens to fruit ratio. You’ll love this:

1g Fat
30g Carbs
5g Protein
5g Fiber

Add to your power blender in this order:

1 cup coconut water (you can by this by the jar/can now from your health food store, Costco, Sam’s Club, and more and more regular grocery stores lately)
2 heaping handfuls spinach
1 cup fresh sliced pineapple (or frozen)

Push the smoothie button, or blend on med-high until smooth, and enjoy! (You may add water until you reach your desired consistency.)
